Railway Board has approved ₹396 crore to double the 32 km Ranaghat-Bongaon line under Eastern Railway’s Sealdah Division. Work covers 9 stations and includes 2 new subways, easing congestion and improving connectivity in Nadia and North 24 Parganas, West Bengal.
