Maximus Ekk returns to the Huntsville lineup for the first time in over a year. He showed some flashes before tearing his ACL and I’m really interested to see how he does the rest of the season. I think BJ will like his tenacity and versatility.

AC reminds me a bit of Hany the way he plays 1-2s with the wing and crashes the box. He also pick up the ball in the midfield and drives at the back line like Hany does. Tied for the most G+A for a player u21. I think he should be in contention for real NSC minutes

Last night was Nashvilles first loss to team currently in the bottom half of the supporter shield standings . NSC is 8-3-1 against the bottom half.Philly: 10-3-0.FCC: 11-2-2.Miami: 5-3-1.SD: 10-2-5.Van: 8-3-4. Everyone slips up from time to time.

Average age of 24. One player is under 23. Striker Gio Miglietti has 0 goals in 500 minutes at 25 years old in a development league. I don’t get it.

FT:. That’s a bad result. No other way to frame it. The Shield is gone but NSC is still in contention for 2 other trophies . It was always a year early for this team. We were always punching above our weight. I am a little concerned about the performance. Need to get better.

HT: neither team has sustained possession. STL by choice. NSC is just unable to . The left side has been struggling. A goal was coming from there. Way too sloppy going forward. Over reliance on through balls and dribbling through 5 guys. Shield is on the line in the second half.

Interesting lineup. This is close to the lineup we fielded against DC in the Open Cup. It’s a team that expects to have the ball and break down an inferior team in a low block. But on the road I don’t know if we should be that confident . No Zim again. Really unfortunate.
