Podsquad is certain to provide lots of fun for the whole family as they explore the amazing world of Imago and discover its creatures, known as Epipods, each of whom represent different elements of health and wellbeing.

✨ Despite almost 60% of parents reporting that they try to set a good example of being physically active for their children, only about 1 in 10 believe it is easy to encourage their children to be more physically active each week.

✨ 2 in 5 parents find it difficult to have conversations with their children about being physically active.

The launch of Podsquad follows recent findings which uncovered community need. ✨ Only half of Queensland parents include their kids in planning for and preparing meals and food at home.

🏟️🥗 The Podsquad program aims to inspire healthy goal setting for enjoying physical activity, exploring all kinds of foods, improving sleep habits, and setting health goals.
