Two weeks ago, nearly 1,000 producers, policymakers, and industry partners gathered at the Library of Congress for #NPPCLAC2025's Baconfest. 🥓 From a bacon wall with 3,200 strips to 1,400 pounds of pork, it was a night celebrating our producers’ hard work and progress to come.
