Did you know? A night worker is someone who often works 3 hours or more between 10pm and 6am. Night workers should not regularly work more than 8 hours in a 24 hour period. You would look at the average work pattern over 17 weeks. #EmploymentLaw #UKemplaw #HR

There will be an extra bank holiday this year for the King's #Coronation. Employers can choose to give this time off as a bonus or to ask staff to take it as annual leave. You do not have to pay extra wages if you decide to open but we are sure it would be appreciated. #HRtip
