Indian railway needs to increase number of trains. Needs to give proper ventilation system. And railway needs to implement proper hygiene standards.
Beside that railway needs to build the system so that without ticket no one board on train.

This is the basic problem. They cut in tier-1,2 city as well. In rural area condition is worse. Their will be power cut almost everyday and that too for 5-6 hrs per day.
