After you tour the exhibits at Thomas Edison's Labs in West Orange, walk up Main St. to see the Edison-based murals & enjoy a snack. Hungry for pizza? Star Tavern, cited as one of the top pizza places in New Jersey, is a few minutes’ drive or a 14-minute walk from Edison Labs.

Today, you can see Edison’s Lab and his house in Llewellyn Park at the Thomas Edison National Historical Park , 211 Main Street. This is a great place to learn about industry, innovation, and suburbanization in the mid-19th century.
