Recently got my 6th unique track WW top 10, and had a few more improvements in recent days. Now to 5th place. Lots more on the table for improvement, so this will be a fun one to go back to eventually. 🏙️

A standard I started attempts at achieving since 2011, with failing innumerable low 2:31 paces and seeing just what kind of laps were starting to be possible. There's been some multi-year breaks in between, on and off... but 12 years later, we did it. So relieved, and so happy.

This was quite enjoyable to make looking back on all the best times I drove for Season 1. I didn't realize how many episodes I got more than one personal best (one of them even had 3-4 I think). Really look forward to making the other bonus video for Season 1.

Apologies for lack of streams in the past week, I actually got sick with a pretty bad sore throat so talking for extended periods of time was rough until yesterday. Doing much better now. Hoping to crank out a stream tomorrow or Monday 👍

New fastest pace into lap 3. Lap 2 had a drop with a bounce after, lost around 180ms-200ms from that. Would have been a stupid pace into lap 3. Drop chain lap 3, missed first castle turn miniturbo.

Versus current PB. Couldn't include full length (Twitter video length limit)

Literally failed a high 2:30.7 or an extremely low 2:30.8. Bounce on bridge both laps 2 and 3, losing practically 200ms per lap. Not a new PB, not the 2:30 goal but this is likely my best driven run on any track from a technical standpoint. We'll get the proper luck someday.

Really thought I could only max at near a low 50.1 on laps 2/3. After seeing this lap 2 at my absolute maximum I think I'm capable of 50.0s on laps 2 and 3 too.

My best overall pace. My best lap 2 I've hit since returning over a month ago. Lost 60ms with a half at beginning and half at spiral alone let this lap be ~50.163 or 50.173, apart from my horrible first half. No luck on bridge lap 3 as usual. Comparing vs PB.

My new best overall lap 1 (I don't remember getting a 50.30x lap 1 back in the day or a 50.310 exactly). Lost a ton of time on superman turn and shroom, lackluster spiral exit and high spiral trick. Mid 50.2 more than reasonable for lap 1 on a good run eventually.
