I’m going to cheer for team USA in the Olympics. The coaches of the men’s and women’s teams both played for me in LA. Tony Granato running the men’s program was one of my favorite players I ever coached and it is great to see Robb Stauber doing such a great job with women’s team.

I just heard my old teammate Dan Maloney passed away. He was one of the best guys I ever played with and a great person to play one time he was toughest guy in the NHL. I’m going to sit down have a glass of red wine and remember a thousand Satch stories

So sad to hear about Johnny Bower. When I was playing in Toronto Johnny used to come out and practice with us when one of our goalies couldn’t take shots. I grew up a leaf fan and got to take shots on one of the great leaf players of all time.
