Melissa Beth Countway, of Alton, was officially sworn in today as the 110th Associate Justice of the NH Supreme Court. Countway makes history as the 4th woman and first ever Circuit Court Judge to serve on the high court. She was previously a prosecutor and ran her own law firm.
