NHC has released the Tropical Cyclone Report for Hurricane
#Lidia
(October 3-11, 2023). Lidia made landfall in sparsely settled area of Jalisco, Mexico, south-southwest of Puerto Vallarta as a category 4 hurricane and took the lives of 2 people.
NHC has released the Tropical Cyclone Report for Tropical Storm
#Pilar
(October 28-November 5, 2023). Although the center of Pilar remained offshore, heavy rains spread over Central America causing flooding and four fatalities.
NHC has released its portion of the Tropical Cyclone Report for Hurricane

(July 13-August 17, 2023). Dora was a long-lived hurricane and played an indirect meteorological role in the devastating wildfires in Maui, Hawaii.
NHC has announced updates to our products and services for the 2024 hurricane season, including new Spanish text products, issuance of watches/warnings on intermediate advisories, and an experimental cone graphic depicting inland U.S. watches/warnings.

(August 16-20, 2023). Hilary made landfall as a tropical storm in Baja California, Mexico, and brought tropical storm conditions and catastrophic flooding to portions of the Southwest U.S.

(June 29-July 1, 2023) has been posted on the NHC website. Beatriz made landfall as a tropical storm near Manzanillo, Mexico.
