So. what can happen if we don’t test for hepatitis?. 1. liver damage.2. cirrhosis.3. liver cancer.4. liver failure.5. unknowingly spreading it to others. Even vaccinated people can sometimes get infected, and if the virus isn’t cleared within 6 months, it can become chronic.
