Like how can you take 2 years of my life away not being able to eat, struggling daily, no regards for the health state my body was in, regardless of aspirations or choking or anything. And they get off Scott free? That’s such horseshit, they DESERVE to pay and deserve to hurt.

So unless I can get lucky and find a lawyer that either cares for my situation that I lost 2 years of my life and have suffered so much and find that I’m worth it, than I’m pretty much fucked, which is fucked how a hospitals can get away with such blatant negligence.

Apparently due to laws in 2003, changing how they can sue the ER and gross negligence, supposedly im not worth the fight as they changed the laws and it would cost the lawyers more than they would even get, having to call in witnesses and actually having to do their jobs.

Have called 40 lawyers offices today, they all tell me that due to laws and stuff it’ll be a hard case to peruse so they won’t take me on or they just don’t take cases like mine. But hopefully eventually I’ll be able to find a good medical malpractice lawyer that will help me.

It’s been a LONG hard 2 years but I’m VERY VERY happy to say. I finally have answers. I have something called eosinophilic esophagitis, which for the last 2 years has/continues to keep me down: but I know! And can start on the long journey ahead of getting treatment for it.
