We offer more off season training than any program in New England utilizing:. Outdoor Fall Skill (October). 6 Hours per week of skill development (November/Decemeber). 2X Per week team practices (January-March). Full Time Strength Coach. Guest Speakers .#Whynoreasters

What does in season training look like?. 2-3x per week. We want to train at a high intensity, but low volume to avoid being sore. Quality of quantity during the season is what we are looking for. This help us avoid the late season decline.

Maintain strength and Power: . Strength & power can decline quickly if players stop training. In-season training helps maintain the strength built in the offseason. If we stop Trianon, we will lose power, explosiveness and durability.

Injury Prevention: . Regular strength training helps keep us strong & to help correct any imbalances that occur during the season. The number one priority for our youth athletes is to keep them on the field and injury free.
