Gvt last year enacted statutory instrument 50 of 20205 which imposed mandatory blending of fuel and gave a contract to Green Fuels to do this who are charging more than US $1 for blending costs which has led to high fuel prices in Zim. This crisis is a policy failure. #NoTo2030
