Birth defects can be diagnosed during pregnancy or after the baby is born, depending on the specific type of birth defect. Some of the ways that doctors give a diagnosis, is through screening tests such as: Maternal Blood Screen, Ultrasound, Fetal Echocardiogram, etc. #EBG
