Key finding from CRT’s own Licence Review Survey: 5 times more respondents said CRT should be addressing facilities & maintenance rather than seeking new legislation that would further punish boaters without a home mooring. Where is CRT’s “commission” on maintenance & facilities?

London healthy waterways survey until 1st August. .Climate change & poor air quality are existential threats, but there must be justice in the transition to clean energy, including for boaters and anyone with no viable alternatives for heating and power.
