Cute is her middle name and goal smashing is her game! Kacey is having the best intensive yet, jumping on the trampoline (4 consecutive times independently to be exact.) The best part about working with Kacey is seeing how excited she gets when she knows she is doing a good job.

Work hard, beach hard. This NAPA rockstar is working on heel sit to tall kneeling (or as she likes to call it, her beach body workout). This exercise targets core strength, pelvic stability, upper extremity weight bearing, and head control: the perfect beach body combo!☀️

This strong gal has been working so hard in every session and has tried so many new things like ESTIM! She always chooses the more difficult exercise when given a choice, & will share a smile or giggle even when things get tough. We are so happy that she is here in Boston!
