We have scheduled maintenance planned from 11:45pm AEDT Sat for up to 90 mins - internet banking, our app, NAB Connect, nabtrade and PayPal payment with a NAB linked acc won’t be available during this time. You can still make payments with your NAB cards and use ATMs as normal.

We’re aware of some intermittent issues continuing to impact NAB Transact due to additional recovery activities our support teams are working on to further strengthen the stability of the service. All other NAB services including internet banking, mobile app&ATMs are unaffected.

We’re currently aware of an issue with Secure Pay, a third party provider NAB uses to power NAB Transact which processes ecommerce payments. We’re sorry for any trouble this is causing customers. We’ll keep you updated here.
