These bridges are listed on the National Register, built with riveted U.S. steel, and seismic retrofit is feasible per expert findings. Demolition isn’t “green”—continued use is. Why push demolition before showing the public the science?

IBR’s “Shared Use Path” has a 4% grade, is a half-mile-long, & turns totaling 1,170 degrees. A Disney Cruise water slide must have been its inspiration. Its distance, grade, and turns will make the climb exhausting & disorienting for even the fittest walker or biker. The descent
