This also has to be done on a local level...passing bills in your state...like CO made it illegal to own slaves....now we can pass another bill to pay those that have experienced it...and are experiencing it now...black women still only make 64% to a white man doing the same job.

It is wrong & unmoral to engage in sexual relations with an under age person, but say a teenager,13,14,15 years of age commits a murder they'll try them as an adult
