Tonight the Seneca Fellowship of Christian Athletes went to the Aurora Feed My Starving Children facilities and volunteered their time to pack meals for children in need around the globe. We had a great group of kids give up their Saturday night to help others! #TheSenecaWay ☘️

I have been injured most of summer. Rather than cross train and stay fit, I took the first longer break of my career. Yesterday, I finished Race Tekapo Half Marathon in NZ and it was my long runs in months. The views were epic, the coffee is great, and I’m finally pain free 🎉
