UPDATE.No longer have to manually reshape holes in the plates as the manufacturer finally did right by me and replaced most parts.New plates are in and I am assembling them daily. EVERYONE needs a safe way to store their #Crypto #seedphrase and the Phoenix Vault is the best way.

Here I am using a reamer to widen the holes. I have it in a dremel to speed up the process although at this speed it'll shorten its life. "needs must". Dont worry I know what I am doing and your purchase will still be amazing. Its just a huge amount of manual work

I said I would be completely transparent. Good news, bad news and good news. Everything has arrived, yay. Manufacturer screwed up big time, Grrrrr. I have my own workshop and can fix it, yay. All current orders will ship out this coming week.

I am VERY sorry for this delay. At that point I will be almost 8 weeks behind schedule. But I couldn't, in good conscience, send out inferior products. This isn't a toy, its for keeping #cryptoseedphrases safe, so it has to be as good as possible.

yesterday I checked the sample and it was perfect. I have little doubt there will be anymore mistakes as this is now costing the manufacturer more than they're making because of their mistakes. They can't afford to make any more.

Update for the #myphoenixvault, sorry for the lack of updates. I am a terrible marketer 😅.After some "professional" words the manufacturer agreed to remake 2,000 middle plates and all of the guide plates. Expected delivery 20-25th of October.

If they can create a jig and start cutting next week without anymore mistakes then I can still make my new release date. But I cant be sure they will manage that considering the ridiculous mistakes they have already made. I will keep everyone updated.

I am very stressed and very sorry. I doubt I will get a reply from them before next week but once I have an answer as to what the company will do about it I am stuck. To make matters worse they cut 3,000 mistakes before informing me.

Unfortunately / aggravatingly they actual made it worse. This is not acceptable to me and I wont be sending out inferior products. My products have to do exactly what I said they do. Anything else is not acceptable.
