anatomy, especially anatomy in art, is all about the same pieces being pushed and pulled around. any art tutorial that's like "don't make x bigger than y" "don't let this part go further than that part" are made by people who have awful same face syndrome.
Especially beginner artists, be careful with which tutorial you follow. A lot of them are overly idealised/stylized and they disregard actual human anatomy/ethnic features.
