Our preferred course of action turned out not to work. We believe the incident to be due to the busiest transcription day in our history, but our provider does not understand what happened, and thus has been unable to recover so far. We're hanging in and doing everything we can.

We're working to restore data while simultaneously doing everything we can to get the service back up to receive new files. We're very about this inconvenience - rest assured that we are doing everything we can to resume service as soon as possible.
