Good morning! Some news: Friday is my last day at @CNET, meaning my last day as The Cheapskate. It's been nearly 14 glorious years, and I've loved every minute of it. That's mostly thanks to you, readers. I'm not sure anyone on the interwebs has enjoyed a more amazing audience.

Say, @nytcooking, what is the point of sending your Dinner Tonight newsletter at 4:30 p.m.? That leaves zero time for planning, shopping, prep, etc. Why not send it first thing so we can actually make it happen for "tonight"?.
