I used Endoclot, but Purastat would have been a better option, i did not have it available in Endo. I did not close any part of it to avoid stricture formation, had some delayed bleeding but no transfusions or other interventions needed.

The most rewarding part of Therapeutic Endoscopy is the ability to help patients avoid a major surgery, in this case a Whipple Surgery avoided by complete endoscopic resection of a large circumferential D2 polyp. Resection done by piecemeal EMR and Ampullectomy. @UpstateGastro

Very excited to meet and proctor my dear friend, Moiz Ahmed start his POEM program at Community Health Network, Indiana. He elegantly performed an esophageal and gastric POEM and made me very proud of his skillset in Advanced Endoscopy.
