I had a great time with the students who attended the factory tour and Q&A yesterday! Overall, it was the toughest inspection iD ever faced, but also the most gratifying and inspiring! Thank you to each and every one of you students and also to the parents!

During school days, I used to spend my weekends serving food to guests, in my paternal uncle’s restaurant. I was remunerated daily - with Parota & Salna (just the gravy 😀). Today is World Paratha Day. Good to know that my favourite food once, has a whole day dedicated to it.

As a Malayalee, for me parota is an emotion. Much like parathas are for a lot of you. We have launched a range of stuffed parathas. Aloo, Onion and Paneer. Or is it Aloo de paranthe? Call it anything you like. They’re just different names, but the same emotion. #Newlaunch
