Poverty is BAD. One time, Dr.Besigye went to Busoga during campaigns, he was told people were being bribed with just 2000-1000/= Ugx. He asked them:"How much is a cock/hen here?".They told him btn 5000-7000/=Ugx.And he told them,some of you are cheaper than the chicken you keep.
