$ADIA rolling up on 52wk highs... a nice crack of .15-17 could send it. With going fully reporting, it's a fair speculation a funder could assist with price and assets for an eventual uplisting. It's certainly structured for it. #NASDAQ ?

No one wanted this last week on $KOAN - it's the risk taken on an LOI, many of them fail. However, I still standby the old holders being cleared, debt resolved and it being a clean pubco prime for someone. Anyone looking for an APO will see the value here.
