When I asked for him, you mentioned two numbers , it is your technical fault. He is keep arguing and failed to provide the dates chooses is wrong. I given him a activity by activity in detail. I can't donate that money for your paid services and I want my money back

He said that before cancellation we need to send emails. How it could be ? There is no assistance email shown. He challenged and failed to show at main website as well as in booking site. It is written with very small letters in terms and condition page.

But there isi no luck, line is busy. Around 1 . 10 pm i cancelled booking due to both the lines are not working. I keep on trying after 20 mins one of the line is connected. There is a women lifted, she didn't understand and transferred to one Men.

4 days back I requested @HDFCBank_Cares to change RM to other than Nikhil Team and few queries related to Imperia Card. Bhanu Rekha replied all the nonsense apart from above queries. Fedup with HDFC customer service. Govt banks better. Feeling unsafe with @HDFCBank_Cares
