Mumbles carparks. Cost has tripled from winter at 50p to Ā£1.50. The big conundrum is the Council have decided summer started on 1st March!! Parking in the city Sundays is FREE. Ever get the feeling youāre subsidising someone elseās generosity?? So, what do you think? #mumbles2019
