Enjoy doing cardio on a Saturday morning @MultifitSalford using the sprint bike in the little room.. I watch the full million pound game @SalfordDevils v hull kr and burning 500 to 600 kals at the same time .... that game still give me goosebumps everytime I watch it 👹👹👹
