Our team performed well and I’m proud of the boys but due to irl shit we had to chalk. That raid for me might be fun on normal mode but I just didn’t enjoy ammo farming, making 6 loadouts for damage and M1ing the entire time with tlord into a LOW swap. GGs to those who cleared 👏.

Cool concept for a raid and I even called it the other day that it would be Levi esque due to the datamines. Problem is the scaling for contest just makes it so unenjoyable as there’s no mechanical difficulty it’s just raw sponge gameplay.

If not swap released with this raid it would literally be impossible bro 😹 . The damage checks aren’t even awful in the sense of DPS being challenging, it’s more so if you mess 1 thing up (I.e. missing a super due to immunity) you’re FUCKED straight up the anus.

First time that im more nervous than excited for a day 1 raid. I don’t know what it is but I have a strange feeling about it either being the easiest day 1 ever or having tight damage checks that we will bash our heads against the wall violently. Don’t know which I’d prefer lol.

The effects of the layoffs are beginning to show, especially on the QA side of things. Feels bad for the devs who care about/love Destiny but it’s of no fault of their own and leadership is the root cause. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a polarised community post DLC launch.

Also boots of the assembler just doesn’t work as advertised. If you’re in a rift/well you get hit by the noble seekers but nothing fucking happens 😭. I hate complaining about shit like this but how is it even possible to fuck up parts of the game THIS badly with a DLC release.

Like why do thinks like LOW reserves being nerfed by a third, speakers sight lasting 5 seconds less and touch of flame dealing 20% less damage just not get brought up in patch notes?.

Dont think a DLC has broke the rest of the game as much as edge of fate. From VOG being unplayable, verity not working and duality being broken I cannot think of a more fucked release. Pair this with random stealth nerfs (I.e. touch of flame and speakers) and it’s just chalked 🫩.
