Unlimited potential: While many of us are caught up in college #basketball’s #MarchMadness well underway, let’s look back nearly a century, to the 1933 Mountain View High School Unlimited basketball team. BTW, they were no longer shooting into peach baskets by then.😁 @MtnViewCA

Dress for success – especially today, #NationalDressDay! Nothing says “glam” quite like a stylish dress, just as Georgia Swall donned (pictured, circa 1900). Georgia was the wife of Lester Swall, who operated Swall’s Meat Market, on the 200 Block of Castro St. in @MtnViewCA.

Behold the #strawberry! Today is #NationalStrawberryDay, giving us an opportunity to look back to the late Nineteenth Century when these tasty little tough-ticklers were a “cash crop” many @MtnViewCA #farmers, including immigrants from a number of nations, found profitable.
