This weekend I presented about Meaningful Elementary PE to the Future Professionals of @IAHPERD with my favorite lady @CindieLou70! Both presenters and future professionals were indeed "Powered by Purpose" and it made for a very impacful day! Great job @tall_kelly & @MrRLBES

Ss learned about the importance of learning about our mental health. We learned about stress & what it does to our body & brain. Now we are learning strategies to overcome stress through mental health stations. Next we will create our own mental health toolkit! #healthed #iahperd

I hope everyone felt a little extra lucky today! I can not even begin to explain how lucky I feel to be a part of the amazing @IAHPERD organization and my favorite part of being president is learning first hand just how amazing and hardworking the leaders of our organization are!
