During Pride Month, we recognize and celebrate Two Spirit & LGBTQIA+ contributions and identities, and the allies who stand in solidarity. It's also a time of action; a time to raise awareness about the hate and violence toward Two Spirit and LGBTQIA+ people and communities.

Since 1993, Indigenous peoples in Canada have used March 31 to celebrate the strength & endurance of their languages & cultures. QM students found out more about Indigenous Languages Day today thanks to the efforts of their teachers, especially Miss Perks who organized it all.
