Ss started contributing to this collaborative Google Jamboard Character Map in response to our class read aloud. They used other pages to ask questions, make connections, and even visualize using images from the web. So very proud of them! @RogersPS1

Learning about mental math strategies to help when solving multiplication and division problems! Today students practiced using a variety of strategies through a mental math investigation.

Introduction to procedural writing started with teaching our little buddies in JK/SK how to make a paper airplane. Such a valuable discussion afterwards about purpose, audience, and detail in our writing. And to top it all off. a lesson on how to tie your shoelaces. 👟✔️#yrdsb
