A student was so excited to read me their favorite book. “I can read these words now!” 🥹 #RBE

One kid found a four leaf clover and another found a five leaf clover. Then they both ran up to me excited saying 4+5 is 9 leaves! Kids will create learning anywhere!

A student told me I didn’t have enough Valentine decorations in our classroom so I asked if the class could help me make some. Safe to say child decorated classrooms are better.

We have been discussing black history (every month), but today we read this book and studied Barack Obama for a little project. This is our class’ research poster.

Today we put the Pigeon on trial and determined whether he should be able to drive the bus or not. One of my favorites was she would because she wanted “5 bux”

After a fun filled Field Day yesterday, having a day with our stuffed animals is what we needed! We are buddy reading with our stuffies and will be writing some stories about them.
