The ending made me think of Captain America in Avengers Endgame. I love that Dally can still fulfill her purpose for the library but also got to live a life of adventure, got to grow old with grandpa, AND still has a chance at a healthier relationship with mom. #ppspdspot

I was struck by this statement on pg. 119, in response to Claire saying, “big step.” Morgan thinks, “And it is. Because her legs are so much longer than mine. For me, every step is bigger.” Morgan is being forced to take so many steps that are big in his family. #ppspdspot
