On May 16th, @OLMCarmelOCSB is participating in Jump Rope for Heart! In the meantime, we're learning ways to keep our hearts and brains healthy!. Today we learned.1. Eat fruits & vegetables.2. Active for 1 hour+.3.Screens for less than 2 hours.4.Yes to water, no to sugary drinks.

This afternoon we talked about Earth month and brainstormed ways we can help our immediate environment.

Today’s STEAM challenge is all about erosion!. Ss learned about erosion and different ways scientists and farmers help slow down or mitigate erosion. Then, they were challenged to make a structure that helps contain their kinetic sand and stop it from eroding.
