Explaining a situation as if you yourself are experiencing that problem is a way to promote universal ownership of a problem to begin upstream solutions. #IETLUpstream.

The first section of Upstream is all about barriers to solving problems. Often times we can't see problems because we have tunnel focus on what must be done, but setting aside time to get out of the tunnel is so important. #IETLUpstream.
