In exactly 11 days it will be 21 years since my father, HRH Eze Dr. Monday Achilefu Nwangwa, Eze Amara 1 of Ntigha Mbano Autonomous community died. No day passes that I don’t carry his memory with me.

Today, I am thankful that I was gifted a year’s subscription of Calm earlier this month. The morning relaxation exercises are helpful. With how busy this month has been and how busy the next 12 months of my life are going to be, I do need to remember to breathe every morning.

(The gist i am hearing is that she’s not a co founder anything but a trustee and that she left of her own accord and that they called a meeting to find out her stance in which she violently deflected. The library has queer people on their team)
