My students had so much fun solving multi-digit multiplication task cards around the room! After working out each problem on an index card, they used their cards to build towers!

One of my favorite things that we do at PSE is clubs! In Sports Club we had students from 1st-5th grade all working together and practicing good sportsmanship, while playing kickball!

Our first stem lab of the school year! 4th graders observed different chemical changes in matter!

We met with our kindergarten buddy class for the first time this year and did a “get to know you” activity!

We are goal getters!!! Today we celebrated the students who scored 70% or higher on their unit 2 math test! Students got to put their name on the bulletin board, and kick a soccer ball into the net!⚽️🥅

These students solved a “math puzzle” today. They rearranged numbers in word form to create a six digit number, that made sense with the given words. Then, they rearranged the digits to match their number in standard form. Look at those proud faces when they figured it out!🧩

It’s only week 1 of school and Ms. Rudolph’s class has already gotten cleanup down to 49 seconds! I’m excited to see them improve their time even more!

Today, our teachers were WIGGING out and celebrating our smart cookies' success. We gathered all students, Pre-K to 5th grade, in the cafeteria to recognize their hard work from last year that led to PSE being an A school for the first time!

Breaking News! For the first time in our school’s history, Parkside Elementary has earned an A! Our goal was to go above & beyond and we did! Thank you to the students, staff, and family members who made this monumental achievement possible! Can’t wait to celebrate in the fall!
