The Outsiders on Trial! There were lots of well thought out arguments and some ~spirited~ cross-examinations. Witnesses were sworn in on a copy of New Moon. We had a blast with our last unit of the year. Thanks for being my bailiff, @teachertollis

Best babysitter/classroom neighbor ever!
In HS, I had a math teacher that inspired me to become one. He was fun, explained math clearly & built connections. I ended up babysitting his 4 daughters. 20 years later, I teach in a classroom next to one & another came to speak. ❤️ special moments that make the 🌎 feel small!

Last night my nephew told me he had presents for my students. He proceeded to take me to his room, pull books off his shelf, and ask me how many students I had. He wanted to make sure everyone got a book.
