I was always taught that Ts should dress “professionally” in order to gain respect from students & parents. I’ve been breaking this rule as a Principal since Day 1. Teachers can wear jeans & tennis shoes daily bcz respect is earned in how you treat people. That’s professionalism.
Aight here’s a question: What’s an education “rule” worth breaking?
