Rua and @Kalch3 students got to choose a book at our school wide book swap. For the 2nd year in a row, the number of books that were collected & the way they were displayed was amazing for students! Thanks @dever_tina for organizing the book swap & making it a success!📚💚☄️💛

To wrap up a pretty spectacular day, students shopped at the Comet Cash store to spend their hard earned money for showing their SuperPowers all month long! Keep shining bright!💚💛

One of my favorite projects! I cannot WAIT to see the writing and drawings on these one-pagers!😍
As a culminating activity to our Amherst History unit, @Kalch3 and @Mrs_Rua Kids started researching for their first one pager in third grade! This activity is a fun and creative way for the kids to show what they've learned in social studies and experienced in our field trip!

Check out our sweet kids rocking this multiplication model! Mrs. Kalchert continue to challenge them and they keep rising to the occasion!💚💛
@Kalch3 and @Mrs_Rua Kids have been working hard all week learning their third multiplication model: making arrays. The kids have done a fantastic job organizing their rows and columns and relating the math equations to the shape of the array itself! Big thinking! 🧠💪

Thank you so much to all of the parent chaperones that were able to come with us! We loved having you. Also, a big thank you to all of the volunteers at the Amherst Historical Society for making it such an incredible experience. We are proud to be members of this community!💚💛
