Thankfully, a reminder of my strength came from my uncle when I stumbled across him on Hatterral Ridge. The few hours spent with him gave me the mental and physical strength to keep going. I'm an now 8 days down with just 60 miles left to complete. I can do this!

Just 60 miles left... It feels quite surreal to only have 60 miles left of the Offa's Dyke path. The first 2 days put my resilience to the test and left me pondering whether I could complete it.

The views have been incredible at times, and left unappreciated at other times as I've waddled along with tears. I know it will be worth it when I reach my Β£1000 fundraising target for @MindCharity & Cancer Research.
