Ms. Flowers had a packed session for her first ‘Donuts & Degrees’ program. This week’s session was an overview of @HenricoSchools specialty centers. Each Thursday until Nov. 13th, specialty centers will be coming to Elko to meet with our 8th graders! #MissionPossible

One of the best tools to have as a coach is influence. I don’t need or desire power over teachers I work with. Instead, through relationship building and thoughtful collaboration, I have more of an opportunity to influence them to try something new ☺️

Elko TV would not be possible w/o these SUPERB 8th graders! Isaac, Isiah, & Macy have shown true dedication to our live morning announcements all 3 years of middle school. Proud to know them and have the pleasure of watching them lead and grow! We had to send them off in style ☺️
