I’ve had the best afternoon watching my first Nursery class perform their Year 6 play! 🤩 It was absolutely fantastic and everyone put so much effort in to the performance! What a treat to see them on their first day in school up to this point. Well done, Year 6!🌟 @BoothferryPS

Reception have loved learning all about VE Day this week! 🇬🇧 We celebrated with a special afternoon tea today. 🍰 The children completed their own food order forms and decorated their plates with a British theme. We also enjoyed dancing to some wartime music! ❤️ @BoothferryPS

Well done to last term’s reading superstars, N and O! N has wowed us with the progress that he has made with his reading this term and O continues to show a great attitude to reading at home! RA were also the winners of the reading competition and read 645 times!🤩 @BoothferryPS

A huge well done to all of the children in RA for achieving 20 home reads this half term! 🤩 We also won the class competition for most home reads and enjoyed a yummy biscuit treat! We have decorated biscuits and played party games to celebrate! 🕺 @BoothferryPS @MissWare18

A wonderful day yesterday for our EYFS Christmas party! 🎄 We were very lucky and even had a surprise visit from Santa! 🎅 We wish all of our children and their families a fantastic Christmas and a Happy New Year! What a fab first term at school! @BoothferryPS

We have all enjoyed an autumn walk this afternoon, looking for Leaf Man! 🍁 The children used exciting vocabulary to describe the colours and sounds of the leaves and were able to talk about the changes that we see in autumn. 🍂 @BoothferryPS @MrsWolfenden1

This week we have been reading ‘Leaf Man’. 🍁 Children have created their own Leaf people and thought of an exciting adventure for them to go on! It was lovely to spend time talking to the children about their ideas and hearing their wonderful imaginations. 😊 @BoothferryPS
